Sleep Coaching

from $175.00

Although it says two months and older, I prefer your child be at least four months or older and get the okay from your pediatrician. Please reach out to me if your child is under four months, and I can explain more.

  1. You will get an email with a questionnaire; it will take 20 minutes or longer to fill this out. The more detailed you are, the more I can help.

  2. If your child is still napping and is not on a regular schedule (totally normal for kids under 18 months old), I will also require a sleep diary to be completed for five days.

  3. I will analyze the sleep diary and the questionnaire, and I will make a detailed plan for your child.

  4. We will set up a time for the coaching session if it is included in your plan. This will be about a 60-minute call, and we will discuss your child’s individualized sleep plan in detail. I will let you know when to start implementing and what to do for wake-ups. You can ask me questions, and I can finalize the sleep plan and email it over to you.

  5. You will then be implementing the plan with as much or as little assistance as you choose.

Level A: Just the sleep plan. We will not have a phone coaching session instead, I will send a completed personalized sleep plan after a couple of back-and-forth emails with you. You will then be on your own to implement your plan and troubleshoot. I will give basic troubleshooting instructions in the sleep plan. You can always add assistance if you change your mind.

Level B: This level comes with a phone coaching session and one month of email support. If you have any questions, you can email me for a full month after the day you implement your plan.

Level C: This level comes with a phone coaching session and two full months of sleep support emails, plus a check-in phone call within the first week or so to see how things are going and address any new concerns. These calls typically last around 40 minutes. I will also send my sleep guide for 4 months and older. This is filled with valuable advice and resources to support your child as they grow.
