I have been working with infants since 2006. I have extensive experience with sleep and the newborn stages. In 2009, I got certified as a postpartum doula and have been working as a night doula since then. My role involved providing physical, emotional, and informational support to new parents, assisting with nighttime feedings, and establishing healthy sleep habits for infants. I am passionate about helping families navigate the early stages of parenthood with confidence and support.
