We will learn about how to create a bedtime routine. Creating a bedtime routine, and if needed a naptime routine, will set you up for success.

We are going to set your sleeping environment up for success.

How to create and understand a sleep log so you can find out your child’s awake windows. Implementing appropriate awake windows is going to make sleep training that much easier.

We are going to learn about different sleep training methods. A bit about how long they take and the ages recommended for them.

When is the right time to start sleep training? We are going to talk about when is the perfect time to begin.

Sleep Training
At your own pace, on your own time.
Sometimes it’s nice to have all the information laid out in front of you, with step-by-step instructions. Some people learn better this way and if this is true for you this course will work great for you. You can learn at your own pace; if you need a refresher, you can always come back to access the information.
This course is suitable for ages four months and older. If your child is under four months it could benefit you but my consults could help you more. There is only one method used for children under the age of four months, you wouldn’t have as many options as others.

The Sunlight Zone
This package has no 1:1 assistance. It is just the course. This is great if you would like to build your own package. You can add 1:1 assistance from my services page, it is not required. You are more than welcome to take the course alone!

The Twilight Zone
This package includes two 1-on-1 sleep support email sessions. Each email may consist of multiple exchanges to ensure all your concerns are fully addressed. You can use these emails whenever you need them.

The Midnight Zone
This package includes six weeks of unlimited sleep support emails to begin the day you implement your plan! This way I can be available throughout your whole sleep training process.

The Trenches
With this package, it is more phone-based. There are three 45-minute phone calls with me to be used as you need. It also comes with six weeks of sleep support e-mails. To be used as you see fit, helpful if you have questions that do not require a phone call. The phone calls are to be used during the weekdays, 9 am to 5 pm PDT. You can either book them in advance for a weekly check-in or whenever you need them.
